Refund policy

At Dope Flames, we’re all about making sure you love your products! But if something’s not sitting right, don’t stress — we’ve got your back. Just hit us up at info@dopeflames.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll help sort things out. Follow these easy steps for returns or exchanges:

1) Make sure your items are unused.
We can’t accept candles, diffusers, or any products that have already been used.

2) Shoot us an email at info@dopeflames.com.
Include your order number and request in the subject line so we can help you faster. For example:

  • Order #444 - Return
  • Order #444 - Exchange

3) Pack it up and send it back:

If it’s an exchange, don’t worry — we’ll cover the shipping for your new items. If it is a return shipping is at your expense.

4) Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send out your new items if it’s an exchange.

Heads up: We can’t take back discontinued items or gift cards, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order shows up damaged or with a defect, email us ASAP at info@dopeflames.com with your order number and some pics, and we’ll jump on it!
